U.S. Healthcare Communications Auction Complete
On January 30, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. ET, Gladstone Business Loan, LLC or its assignee (“Lender”) sold certain assets of U.S. Healthcare Communications, LLC (“Debtor”) consisting generally of all fixtures and all tangible and intangible personal property of Debtor. The sale took place at Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott Hotel, Newark, New Jersey 07114. The sale was conducted in accordance with NJSA 12A:9-601 et seq. and RCW 62A.9A-601 et seq. Sale was to highest qualified bidder. Larry Grimes, President, Grimes, McGovern & Associates, represented U.S. Healthcare Communications in this transaction.
